ROOPHLOCH 2022, w00t!!!!
Remote Outdoor Off-grid Phlogging Challenge 2022 [1]

Decided to try and participate this year. Visiting a park That I
have not phlogged at. It is over by the local community college.
Still warm @1800, around 85F, sun going down. Brought solar-charged
portable power, sans panels and sack 'o gadgets. Most of the gadgets
have short battery life.

I decided to add other devices to my phost so I will be transferring
the phost phile to other devices that I stupht in my sack.

This device is the Sharp Zaurus SL-5500. Thumb typing on round keys.
No back light on keyboard.

Portait orientation with slider key cover. Zaurus Text Editor.
Runs linux:

Linux zaurus 2.4.18-rmk7-pxa3-embedix #1 Fri, 9 May 2003 09:20:18
+0900 armv4l unknown

Writing file to 1GB compact flash card.

[--------------------------------------------------------------------]

CF card shuffle with Sharp Zaurus SL-C3100. Also runs linux:

Linux zaurus 2.4.20 #21 Mon, 31 Oct 2005 09:06:51 +0300 armv5tel
unknown

Clamshell device with hardware keyboard and swivel screen. Much more
pleasant to thumb type or type on a flat surface.

Ants are biting my legs. Time to transfer to 512MB Secure Digital
card.

[--------------------------------------------------------------------]

SD card handoff to the Palm Tungsten E2- no keybrd, ugh. Cannot
recall graffiti so pecking screen w/ stylus. Not sure how survivd
doing that bak in the day. Open file in DocsToGo. Transferred data
to Memo Pad.
PalmOS Garnet v5.4.7

[--------------------------------------------------------------------]

Infrared data transfer from Palm E2 to Palm IIIc. ROOPHLOCH memo
beamed over. Very pixelated screen and I'm back to pecktype.
Palm OS v4.1

People doing daily walks for exercise.
See youafter thejump!

[--------------------------------------------------------------------]

Palm IIIc HotSync over Palm Cradle to 9-pin serial to serial to USB
to Fujitsu P1610 Tablet PC (Intel Core Solo) running Windows XP.
Phost has been converted from Palm Memo to text file in Notepad. P1610
has a larger hardware keyboard, swivel resistive touch screen. Even
better for typing, but still no backlit keys.
